Jerry has cleaned well in the past but on a recent job did a poor job. He only cleaned for one hour and sadly I prepaid him. Upon call back he told me to use a stain remover on some spots and it indeed removed some. He returned for another treatment and packed up after an hour with stains a plenty! I asked him to finish, give me stain remover or a partial refund. He told me he had cane back the second time as a favor and left. As he is the franchise owner I have had no recourse. Be wary, the work was not worth the $260 and my time. Not the service it use to be.
